Terms and Condition

All trips are customizable to your preferences.
Safety equipment, water & ice
Lunch is not included on any boat tour, but preparations can be made for lunch.
Swimming with pigs Rose Island is available as an optional add-on (+$50 per person), which will be paid at the checkout.
Trips with more than 6 persons incur an additional $100 per person fee (10 person maximum).
Fishing trips are limited to a maximum of 6 persons.
All trips are weather permitting.
Bathroom is onboard.
The vessel is a 28 ft Regulator Center Console with twin 300 Yamaha Outboards

Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice: No fee charged. Nassau Vicinity
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice: Full quoted cost will be charged. Nassau Vicinity
Cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice: No fee charged. Outer Island Vicinity
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice: Full quoted cost will be charged. Outer Island Vicinity
Cancellations by the Captain due to weather or unforeseen circumstances: No charges.
No-shows: Full quoted cost will be charged.

Tours are NOT SUITABLE for the following:

Expectant mothers.
Infants or children under the age of 2 year old.
Persons with back, knee, or neck problems, heart problems, or conditions affected by high-speed travel.
Guests aged 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
We recommend all participants know how to swim.
Every participant must sign a liability waiver before joining the tour.

All tours are weather permitting.
Where possible, we do our best to reschedule the tour date rather than cancel.
If the Captain cancels the tour due to weather, a full refund will be provided.
Please check your emails 12–24 hours prior to your tour for weather updates, cancellations, or rescheduling notices.
Please also check your emails before leaving your hotel in the event of any last-minute cancellations.

All tour pick-up/check-in locations will be at one of the following:
